More and more it is getting harder and harder to find a campground that isn't filled up.
Here at Coyote Creek, you can sit back in your own spot and relax, play a round of golf on the championship course,
and quite honestly, get away from it all in the peace that comes with Alberta's west country.

Resort Amenities for all Lot Owners:
  • Lots range from 3,000 to 7,000 square feet
  • 18 Hole Championship Course right next door
  • Overnight rental sites for friends and family to come and visit
  • This is a gated community
  • You have the security of knowing the Condo Corporation takes care of the maintenance of the resort, so you can sit back and relax.

Each lot has the following services:

  • 50 Amp 30 Amp and 15 Amp power
  • Water - Hydrant Service with each line set between 8 and 10 feet deep
  • Sewer lines set at 8 to 10 feet deep linked to holding tanks which are emptied and hauled to the Town of Sundre's treatment plant
  • Reasonable annual condo fees

Each lot is independently metered for electricity. Water services to individual lots are hooked up in the spring and shut off in the fall with the timing entirely dependent on weather conditions to protect the integrity of the system.
